Job Relationships:

Interrelationships: Works cooperatively with all hospital department managers and personnel; patients and the public.
Job Summary:
Human Resources Generalist is responsible for a wide range of duties, including payroll, compensation, recruiting and staffing, performance, training, labor relations, administering employment benefits and organizational development. Works closely with other directors, managers and employees to resolve employee matters, review performance appraisals, administer compensation program, implement AHC policies and procedures, help organizational growth and facilitate internal investigations as needed. Human Resources Generalist will also act as AHC’s HIPAA privacy officer to ensure all patient information is protected.
Job Qualifications:
Associates Degree, 3+ years in previous human resource leadership experience is preferred.
