Dr. Manuel Caga-Anan graduated from the Cebu Institute of Medicine in Cebu City, Philippines. He did his Internal Medicine residency training at Texas Tech in Amarillo, Texas, before practicing in Elkhart, Kansas, for the last 26 years.

He has been married to his beautiful wife, Cande, for almost 42 years. Together, they have four children and three grandchildren. His hobbies include traveling, movies, singing and playing his guitar, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
