Ashland Health Center provides short term, post-hospital skilled nursing facility care. Using critical thinking and decision-making skills, our hospital nursing staff is an integral part of the Ashland Health Center community. They are working closely with our local providers to assess the medical needs of our patients such as skilled physical therapy, IV medication therapy, wound care or other skilled care services.
